By using Wittedly you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Using the service
You can play any free puzzle without an account. To subscribe, you need a Wittedly account and a working payment method. We may suspend accounts that abuse the leaderboards, scrape our content, or attempt to harm other users.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your access continues until the period ends. We refund new subscriptions within 14 days of purchase.
Content ownership
The puzzles, copy, and design are ours. You can't republish or resell them. You're welcome to share your results, screenshots, or scores — that's the point.
No warranty
We try hard to make Wittedly reliable, but we don't guarantee it. If a puzzle is wrong, broken, or the site is down, we'll fix it as soon as we can. We're not liable for indirect damages from using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
